Welder (Bukit Minyak)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S standards to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
• Operate welding equipment and related tools, including welding machines, cutters, and grinders.
• Perform product welding according to specifications and work instructions, and report any defective products or non-conformance issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of welding equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Accurately record work data and complete production forms as required by management.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• A mature, proactive, and positive work attitude, with the ability to handle pressure and overcome challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues.
• Attention to detail with clear and logical thinking.
• Technical secondary school education or higher.
• Proficiency in at least two welding techniques, such as TIG, MIG, MAG, flame brazing, oxy-fuel cutting, cold working, and flame shaping.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience.

Certifications:

• Relevant welding certifications are a plus.
