  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Communicate with the Central Process, Performance team, and Finance.
  • Coordinate with Procurement teams for KPI reporting, compliance, and updates.
  • Identify key initiatives, allocate resources, and deliver results while managing ongoing business.
  • Support digital programs like procurement system updates (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, and organize training to improve procurement team skills.
  • Create sourcing strategies for responsible categories of materials and services.
  • Manage supplier risks by finding alternatives to high-cost or risky suppliers.
  • Manage the budget and rolling forecast process for accurate financial analysis.
  • Prepare Procurement KPI reports for Auto Malaysia, with data analysis and category updates.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in the absence of the Procurement Country Manager.
  • Ensure the team follows Procurement policies and procedures, including compliance.
  • Follow NSG EHS policy and regulations for suppliers and contractors.
  • Meet local government/authority requirements (e.g., SST, Duty Exemption MIDA).
  • Review payment terms with suppliers annually to improve cash flow.
  • Lead continuous improvement in supplier quality, delivery, design, lean processes, and cost reduction.
  • Support budgets and ensure goals align with the business plan.
  • Lead and achieve regional EcoVadis targets by category, including data analysis and improvements.

Requirement

  • Min 7 years experience in manufacturing industry and working managerial position
  • Min 7 years experience in procurement
  • Knowledge in SAP system & Ariba system
  • Strong in ISO 9001. IATF, 16949, APQP, PPAP & 7 Core tools
  • Certified Internal Auditor IATF 16949
  • Professional certificate like Six-sigma will be added advantage
  • Knowledge in EcoVadis added advantages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 7 years (Preferred)
  • Procurement: 7 years (Preferred)
