Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and lead a team of 5 members across the Finance, Admin, and HR departments for three companies. This role requires strong leadership and financial expertise to ensure compliance and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate must have experience in SST (Sales and Service Tax), Tourism Tax and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Department Supervision:
- Oversee financial operations across three companies, ensuring compliance with SST, Tourism Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management discussion.
- Prepare and submit detailed financial reports for weekly meetings and ad hoc reports as required by management.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure financial stability and resource optimization.
- Safekeep office petty cash and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation of transactions.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders for financial audits and compliance reporting.
- Mentor and develop team members.
HR Department Supervision:
- Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, official memos, and other related letters, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Communicate with government agencies on HR matters, including labor law compliance and employee contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO,PCB,HRDF).
- Oversee and perform monthly payroll procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts to meet staffing needs.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Admin Department Supervision:
- Assist in drafting partnership agreements, tenancy agreements, and property services agreements as instructed by management.
- Agreements submission for stamping.
- Oversee the admin team to ensure timely submission of monthly profit-sharing reports and other ad hoc reports as required by management.
- Monitor compliance with administrative policies and procedures while identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to support organizational objectives.
*Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
