RETAIL STORE MANAGER - MONTIGO @ SURIA KLCC

As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You are expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and maintain operational excellence while aligning with the company’s goals and values. Your ability to organize workflows, resolve issues efficiently, and foster a positive retail environment will be critical to your success.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the retail field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets.
• Experience in marketing and advertising to drive in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems, credit card terminals, and handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Minimum SPM qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales performance through effective team management and sales strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in-store.
• Ensure smooth inventory management, including weekly restocking and stock accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize store operations.
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and proper product displays.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
