As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the retail field is required for this position.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage).
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets.
  • Experience in marketing and advertising to drive in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems, credit card terminals, and handling cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Minimum SPM qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Drive sales performance through effective team management and sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in-store.
  • Ensure smooth inventory management, including weekly restocking and stock accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize store operations.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and proper product displays.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
