Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and screen candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews across multiple office locations, assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Monitor and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the success of hiring strategies.
- Develop and nurture a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Collaborate with Talent Management to identify internal candidates for vacancies, focusing on training and upskilling high-potential employees.
- Undertake additional HR-related tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR department with direct recruitment responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, statutory requirements, and regulations.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
- Proactive, independent, and adept at problem-solving, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, including line managers, heads of departments, and senior management.
