About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will independently manage the company’s digital marketing and branding efforts. This is a sole contributor role ideal for a creative and self-motivated individual who can handle diverse tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Content Management: Create and manage content for social media (IG, FB, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) and the company website. Conduct photography and videography for product launches and campaigns.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance branding, drive traffic, and manage SEO/SEM and paid ads. Organize in-store events and product launches.
• Strategic Initiatives: Analyze market trends, collaborate with KOLs, and provide actionable marketing plans to stakeholders.
• Creative Oversight: Work with principals to creatively utilize provided content and guide external creatives like photographers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and refine strategies to strengthen social media presence and branding.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Skills: Proficiency in photography, videography, graphic design, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills for performance tracking.
• Attributes: Independent, creative, and self-driven, with a proactive approach to managing marketing initiatives.
