Admin Executive/ Admin Clerk
Key Responsibility:
Administrative Support:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the team.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, data compilation, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide general administrative support and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scanning as needed.
- Analyse reports to determine areas of improvement and determine appropriate plan of action.
- Responsible for the retrieval, distribution, and management of documents within cross department
Scheduling and Coordination:
· Manage diaries and calendars, scheduling and organizing internal and external business meetings.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, events and appointments.
· Check and coordinate meeting dates, venues, notices, agendas and logistics.
· Prepare reports and take minutes of management meetings.
Documentation and Records Management:
· Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with company policies.
· Maintain efficient filing systems and records management.
· Review and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Requirement:
· Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administrative or any related field
· Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in administrative roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or related industries
· Basic understanding of engineering or construction terminology, workflows, and documentation.
· Fresh graduates with strong organizational and technical skills are encouraged to apply.
· Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
