We are looking for
A dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team with a specialized focus on recruiting warehouse workers and fulfilling client staffing quotas. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar roles, and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. This role requires a keen understanding of client needs, labour market trends, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a large volume of qualified candidates for warehouse positions, including packers, sorters, order pickers, and general labourers.
Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Client Quota Fulfillment: Collaborate with site managers/clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment quotas by maintaining a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates.
Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms (job boards, social media, local community centres) to maximize reach and attract a diverse candidate pool.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and local community organizations to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, status updates, and recruitment metrics. Provide regular reports on the recruitment progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client quota fulfilment.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Site Visit: Conduct regular site visits to warehouse/clients' work premises to check on workers' onboarding and to better understand the hiring needs and requirements.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards and company policies. Stay updated with industry best practices to improve recruitment efficiency.
Key Criteria
Experience - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
Skills- Strong sourcing and screening skills, proficiency in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, other recruitment tools, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge - Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to hiring practices, familiarity with local labor markets and workforce demographics.
Education - minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Candidates with no diploma but possess more than 4 years of work experience will be considered).
Attributes - Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a focus on client satisfaction and quota fulfilment. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to productively work from home is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
