Job Scope :

Manage communication and coordination for new or existing IT projects and system issues.
Liaise between the IT department, other business units and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
Track project progress and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
Responsible in executing and assist in planning, organizing and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects and ensure the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.
Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
Ensure projects comply with the company's quality standards and client expectations.
Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal project delivery.
Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Criteria :

Must possess a bachelor’s degree or during pursuing professional studies in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Project Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Project Management
Must possess great communication & writings skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive and positive nature personality.
Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
Good Customer relationship and User Acceptance Test (UAT) / System Testing Skill.
Project requirement study and proposed solutions
Good command of both spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Must possess own transport !!
