Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at Brandme Associate Sdn Bhd in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • Planning and organizing: Planning and coordinating the workforce to use employees' talents to the best of their abilities
  • Recruiting and hiring: Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Compensation and benefits: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, and researching compensation standards to create salary structures
  • Training and development: Developing training materials and performance management programs
  • Employee relations: Handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Policies and procedures: Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures, and suggesting changes as needed
  • Reports and statistics: Producing reports and statistics as required, and providing reporting to the HR director and other senior managers
  • Communication: Communicating with employees at all levels, and presenting compelling insights and solutions to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
  • Experience in the event management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or management role.
  • Must be able to understand the work culture and work under pressure.
  • URGENT HIRING and able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
