Job Descriptions

  • Oversee Credit Administration operations, ensuring compliance with policies for sub-sale matters, refinancing, and title transfers. Tasks include monitoring Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, progressive billings, collections, and delivery of vacant possession.
  • Maintain accurate purchaser records by updating data in systems and managing an organized filing system for collections and documentation.
  • Coordinate with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and expedite loan disbursements.
  • Facilitate SPA and loan documentation execution, issue undertaking letters to end-financiers, and handle the department’s daily administrative activities.
  • Generate and issue progressive billings, reminders, and termination notices to purchasers/end-financiers in line with company policies.
  • Ensure timely billing collections and provide consistent follow-up to address collection-related matters.
  • Process payments by issuing official receipts to relevant parties and preparing associated accounting documentation.
  • Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit administration within the property development sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with Developer Property systems is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, independent, diligent, and maintains a positive attitude.
