The position
Responsible for supporting our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Main responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate all activities related to document control procedures (technical documents, schedules, plans and correspondence with the client interfaces of the project).
- Save information in databases to ensure their relevance.
- Report to management when needed.
- Ensure that up-to-date documentation is approved and plans are distributed to the appropriate internal team, subcontractors and clients.
- Maintain and manage the design documentation and tests, technical manuals, quality system documents and other administrative documents to be provided during the performance of the contract.
- Contribution to optimizing work processes by verifying compliance with project milestones.
- Preparation of plans.
- Translation of necessary documentation.
- Management of allocated budget for documentation.
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level with credits in English
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in office, documentation and control
- Knowledge of the procedures used in the production process, practices and concepts in the field of electrical engineering
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Computer Literacy – proficient in Microsoft office Excel, Words, PowerPoint and PDF Writer
- Fluent in spoken and written English
