Warehouse Executive
Job Description
Warehouse Management
· Supervise and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, storage and managing stock levels to comply with “First In, First Out” principle
· Maintain and update accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, paper rolls and conducting regular physical stocks checks to reconcile discrepancies
· Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in warehouse operations such as damaged goods, inventory errors or delays in shipments
· Ensure proper placement and storage optimization of all warehouse stocks
· Coordinate with Logistic Coordinator for efficient import/export container deliveries and calculate load capacities for loading optimization
· Manage equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Team Management and Operations
· Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff, establishing operational processes to enhance efficiency
· Develop job descriptions and oversee schedules
· Ensure compliance of all warehouse operations with company policies and procedures
Quality Control and Compliance
· Implement and maintain quality control standards, ensuring adherence to product specifications and handling procedures
· Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations
· Uphold high cleanliness and organization standards to optimise workflow and safety
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
· Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels and operational metrics
· Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise warehouse processes, increase productivity and reduce operational costs
Job Requirement
- Proven work experience of at least 3-4 years as Warehouse Executive
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of Autocount and MS Office proficiency is a must
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Minimum degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
