Role Descriptions:

  • Assist in the full scope of payroll process.
  • Assist in setting up of new user accounts for contractors in HR internal system.
  • Assist in entering the data of hours and employee details accurately.
  • Assist in checking and calculating contractors timesheet.
  • Assist in scanning and documenting payroll related documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any relevant field.
  • A good team player, detailed oriented, and responsible.
  • Has good time management, deadline driven, and can work in fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
