Human Resource Payroll Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our HR team in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing payroll for a substantial number of employees (approximately 200 headcounts), proficiency in HR2000 payroll software, and knowledge of the payroll processes within the retail or F&B industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and ensure accurate payroll for approximately 200 employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Utilize HR2000 payroll software to enter, update, and process employee payroll data, generate reports, and ensure timely payroll distribution.
- Manage and reconcile employee attendance records, leave balances, overtime, and other adjustments to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as CPF, taxes, and other mandatory deductions applicable to employees in the F&B sector.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, leave, and other related matters, providing clear and professional assistance.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and ensure all financial records related to payroll are accurate and well-maintained.
- Prepare and submit relevant tax reports and administer employee benefits, including bonuses, allowances, and other payroll-related components.
- Generate payroll-related reports for management, highlighting any discrepancies, trends, or anomalies for review and action.
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that the company meets all payroll deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within the retail or food & beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with HR2000 payroll software. Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxation, and compliance specific to the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for payroll-related reporting and data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines consistently, especially during high-volume payroll periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
