HR Manager

Preferably Labuan / Sabah / Sarawak Candidates

Responsibilities

  • Manage all company staffing by creating staffing requirements, posting job openings, screening candidates and manage onboarding staff.
  • Manage employee relations on conflict resolutions, employee attendance, employee engagement and ensuring company’s policies in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify gaps and determining training needs and evaluate employee training efficiency.
  • Administer internal training programs and oversee performance appraisal process.
  • Manage overall payroll and benefits administration are done accurately and on time.
  • Develop and enforce company HR Policies, Handbook, Procedures, keep up to date with changes in employment law and ensuring organization compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance review systems as well as handling of under performance issues.
  • Overseeing the use of HRMS for HR Data Management, Analysis and Employee Records.
  • Implement automation and digitalization to streamline HR Process.
  • Collect and analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights such as e-NPS, Turnover, Retention, Absenteeism, Workforce strategy and Employee Feedback

Candidate must possess at least:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
  • Good understanding of HR organization processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRMS system.
  • Good understanding of employee relations.
