Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Mewah Group's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports for analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws , regulations and International standard throughout the recruitment process and documentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in using various job platform and recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with international standard and audit such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, HACCP etc will be added advantages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
