Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Mewah Group's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports for analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws , regulations and International standard throughout the recruitment process and documentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in using various job platform and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with international standard and audit such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, HACCP etc will be added advantages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
