Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive / Sales Executive will have a proven track record in sales, a strong customer focus, and the ability to drive revenue growth through proactive business development. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering value-added solutions to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the lubricant market and industrial marine oil and to expand the company’s customer base.
2. Execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company performance.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to provide expert knowledge and operational support, ensuring compliance with company standards.
5. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and propose value-added solutions to drive revenue growth.
6. Maintain close working relationships with franchise / independent workshops, fleet workshop, auto parts store, distributors, supporting their sales activities and assisting in training them to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
7. Close monitoring of Sales and Collection.
8. Monitor market trends, analyse territory conditions, and provide feedback to inform business development efforts.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly report.
10. Participate in road-shows, sales activities, launching and products related events as arrange by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Requires ownership of a car and possess a valid driving license for sales-related travel.
2. Proven track record in sales roles, preferably in the oil, petroleum, or industrial lubricants
sector.
3. Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and focus on achieving sales objectives.
5. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving client issues promptly.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present products and services persuasively.
7. Adaptability and a proactive attitude in responding to market and client demands.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to overall business goals.
Working hours
8.30am – 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
