Earn RM300 Commission for Every Student You Recruit!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to share information about our academic programs, scholarships, and admission processes.
• Promote university offerings and assist with course and program inquiries.
• Set up appointments and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets to earn commissions and performance bonuses.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and student interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and support student recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for communication and education.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• A strong drive to meet targets and earn commission.
• Ability to engage with people and build rapport over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
