Telemarketing Executive
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information as needed.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets or lead conversion goals.
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and rejections with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
