  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary: RM 6,000 per month (Competitive remuneration package)

Manpower is looking for an experienced and driven Product Development Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative products in a global and dynamic organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the global teams and execute in the development of new products.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.
  • Responsible for the social trading platform.
  • Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience.
  • Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives.
  • Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
  • Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly.
  • Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Development role.
  • Previous experience in CFDs industry is a must.
  • Previous experience with Brokeree products is a plus.
  • Previous experience with FXBO CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and Data-oriented.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Great time management, organizational, and planning skills.
