Position Summary
Responsible for directing, steering and optimizing all aspects of catering production, logistics, and service delivery. This role focuses on strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service to meet airline and regulatory requirements. Key Accountability
- Operational Leadership
- Designed and launched a new catering facility to enhance MCAT operations, boosting efficiency and scalability.
- Managed daily catering operations, ensuring seamless food production, packaging, and delivery while meeting tight flight schedules and optimizing productivity.
Strategic Planning- Forecasted demand based on airline schedules, passenger volumes, and seasonal trends, ensuring effective resource allocation for labour, equipment, and materials.
Quality Assurance and Compliance- Ensured compliance with aviation, food safety, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements, including CAAM, JAKIM, MAVCOM, KKM, HACCP, and ISO regulations.
Team Development and Leadership- Fostered a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in operations management, catering, hospitality, or logistics and 3-5 years leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO) and airline-specific catering requirements and regulation
