We are looking for a responsible, experienced Senior Boilerman to support and carry out daily Boiler System Operation, Air Compressor System, Air Dryer System, Air Receiver Tank System, Air Selangor Raw Water Supply Storage Level Maintaining & Daily Production Operation Support.

Core Responsibilities:

Boilerman is responsible to ensure that all the safety procedures are done.
Start boiler and stop boiler in safety manner.
Check safety valve, water level gauge glass, blow down valve and all other valves e.g.: feed water valve and check valve
Check steam header valves and steam traps and other related valves mechanism are in good condition
To take daily reading of gas meter of boiler, stack temperature, TDS reading, boiler water level, softener check, feed tank level check, boiler Sensors, boiler physical check.
Good Communication (Report any incident/abnormality to immediate superior)
Responsible to top up chemical for boiler and maintain good TDS reading by blowing down boiler water at regular intervals when TDS high.
To backwash softener and regeneration of softener
To supervise and participate on boiler overhaul activity for dosh inspection (JKKP)
To operate boiler at safe working pressure and monitor steam pressure and water levels regularly.
Check low water alarm when starting up boiler.
Overall check and update all daily activity in log book. Any problem or need external vendor support must need update to superior.
To Assist with vendor to attend any breakdown, PM work or Servicing work.
To ensure PTW (Permit to Work) issued to suppliers & vendor.
To ensure wear PPE e.g.: Safety Shoe, Uniform, Safety Google, Safety Glove & Safety Harness.
To ensure all air compressor operate regularly (Start & Stop).
To check air compressor performance, pressure level, condition, service due & overall check.
To ensure all air dryer operate regularly (Start & Stop)
To check air dryer performance, pressure level, condition, service due & overall check.
To ensure all air receiver tank operate regularly.
To check air receiver performance, pressure level, condition, auto drain valve performance.
To ensure all water tank parts operate regularly and maintain the tank max & min level.
To check float ball valve, tank level meter, overflow valve, stop valve, butterfly valve & to check regularly every 2hrs incoming water pressure (Air Selangor) to maintain 2.5bar-6.0bar.

Job Requirement:

At least a STPM/SKM/Diploma graduate in Mechanical / Electrical
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field (Operating boiler – Steam Boiler)
Computer literate, know-how in using of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail, organized and proactive
Willing to learn attitude with positive mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
