Built and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities

Market Observation and Tender Selection

Observe, survey and study current and upcoming projects in Malaysia

Tender Project Identification

Proactively hunt for tender projects in Malaysia that match the companys areas of expertise

Stay updated with industry trends and project announcements to identify potential opportunities

Client and Project Analysis

Conduct thorough research on client backgrounds and project information

Analyze project details to assess suitability and strategic fit for tendering

Select projects for tender based on alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals

Client and Contractor Coordination

Serve as the primary interface and coordinator point between clients and subsidiary contractors during the tender stage

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration to ensure all parties are aligned and informed

Tender submission Management

Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and delivered on time

Oversee the preparation and compilation of all required documents and materials for tender submissions

Tender Follow-Up and Clarification

Closely follow up with clients on the status of submitted tenders

Address and clarify any queries or requests for additional information from clients to facilitate the tender evaluation process

Additional Duties

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall business development and tender management functions

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer or M & E

Minimum 10 years of working experience in related field

Proven experience in tender management and business development within relevant industry

Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate project information and clients’ backgrounds

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and contractors

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring and accurate tender submissions

Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identify and secure

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
