Role Description
Join our team as a Sales Engineer/Technical Service Engineer Intern, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business-to-business (B2B) sales while gaining technical expertise in the flexible plastic packaging industry. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Involve in building strong relationships with clients in local or overseas markets, including packaging, printing, and converting companies.
• Assist to identify new business opportunities and support sales growth through technical knowledge of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Participate in product presentations and demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidate from Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is preferred.
• Strong interest in learning technical concepts related to plastic film manufacturing and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
• Ability to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events, locally or overseas.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only.
