Inside Sales (Hyperscaler Cloud)
Inside Sales Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails • Drive partner recruitment & growth promote sales programs developed for partners • Demand generation on behalf of partners • Drive registration to marketing campaign/webinars for cloud solutions products • Channel sales, channel recruitment & opportunity progression • Maximize sales opportunities from the existing partner ecosystem • Engage with existing partners and end customers where applicable. • Add/maintain contact database for respective segments as per needs of the business Customer Success • Target install base to prospecting, build pipeline via phone, email or other online channels • Support dormant reactivation campaign programs • Driving up consumption and yield • Customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals • Focused on building loyalty with existing partners • Long term retention and ensuring customer has great experience • Engage with existing partners and/or onboard.NET new • Focused on building loyalty, key focus on partner growth and dormant reactivation • Addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
- 3-4 years min. experience in similar roles(Cloud/Software Sales Preferred)
- Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
- Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred
- Experience in vendor management in IT distribution is an asset
- Must be able to search out business leads
- Strong team player and customer oriented
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
- Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
Salary: RM 5500- 6500 basic + Sales Commission
