Project and Order Management – Coordinator
Role
· To assist Project and Order Management team for all data entry, compiling, maintaining, updating department records and other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management
b) Responsibilities
· Issue PO for coating, cladding, heat treatment, none raw material parts.
· Create CIPL, Delivery Order and Shipping Invoice for delivery to customer.
· Responsible to discuss and negotiate rescheduling item (push out)
· Assigning work order for every new PO received from customers.
· Monitor and maintain Mchem Order for coating process.
· To build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project/order.
· To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the work environment is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
