KEY ROLES :
Administration
- Oversees the admin team by ensuring the office process flow & functions are organized at all time.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Experience in comprehensive administration support e.g. office management, staff welfare, event organization, procurement, travel management, fixed & asset management, SOP/policy etc.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
HR Operations
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and learning and development.
- Partnering with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and other HR-related matters.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
- Support in the handling of disciplinary issues, complaints, grievance in accordance to Company policies and rules.
IT
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead the company to modernize IT infrastructure, implement new systems, and improve existing ones along with IT staff.
Company Secretary
- Communicate on behalf of Top Management to external Company Secretary.
- Monitoring and complying with statutory and regulatory deadlines as per Company Secretary advise.
- Follow up and compile the necessary documentation for Directors and Shareholders review and signatory.
Finance
- Oversee Finance Team along with Finance Team Lead.
- Assist Top Management to review cashflow and budget along with making sure payments are executed on time avoiding penalty.
- Connect with Bankers and lead any bank application related to the company.
- Support project team with relevant project applications related to finance and project.
Others
- Work closely with Top Management & Project Team by ensuring all certification, qualification and requirements are met in according to Ministry of Finance (MOF) and other government authorities.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree / Diploma holder with 5 years of management experience in handling a wide range of office administrative + solid HR knowledge experience.
- MUST have experience in Comprehensive Administration Support e.g. office management, staff welfare, event organization, procurement, travel management, fixed and asset management, SOP/policy etc.
- Multi-Tasker, strong supervisory skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labour Law, Industrial Relations and prevailing HR practices and legislation and ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
- Understand the administrative difficulties and pain points and be able to give effective solutions for problem solving.
- Excellent command in English & Bahasa (both written & spoken)
- Permanent vacancy based in Bangsar area.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
