About the role
We are expanding and seeking a driven Admin to join our team OMTERA M SDN BHD at Puchong, Selangor. This full-time position will provide vital administrative support to our Clients and project teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handling inbound enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining and updating client and project records and databases
- Assist in coordinating and managing company events or training programs
- Maintain office supplies and equipment; reorder as needed
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Provide support to other departments as required
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
