Mall Development Executive (Fit-Out) Shopping Mall

Our client is an International Shopping Mall Co.

The role requires strong foundation in development / construction with a desire to grow your career in a dynamic Retail Mall environment.

Roles:

Mall Development (Project)

• Support projects focused on mall enhancements & renovations.
• Facilitate collaboration with Operations & Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Fit-Out Management:

• Review, approve, and provide feedback on tenant drawings and fit-out proposals.
• Assist in overseeing inspections, ensuring all works adhere to local regulations and safety standards.
• Work with tenants and contractors to ensure alignment with the mall’s vision and operational goals.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Understand and apply local regulations (like UBBL) for combined lot works.
• Ensure all activities meet safety and building standards.

Team Collaboration:

• Help with budgeting, tendering, and requests for quotations for enhancement projects.
• Support the team in documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, etc.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Construction / Retail Mall industry, with a strong technical background.
• Familiarity with project management processes and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & strong Excel skills are desire.
• Permanent vacancy based in KL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
