Job Description:

Team Managers in this role get to:

  • Assist, support, and coach sales personnel in performing daily sales activities.
  • Identify individual and team training needs; create, develop, and implement sales strategies.
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies if needed.
  • Evaluate employees’ performance after each training; follow through with training.
  • Conduct huddles and upskilling sessions.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to the sales manager about observations from audits and coaching.
  • Partner with Training in certifications required for upcoming trainings.

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder or Associate Degree.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Team Manager in a contact center industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting a technical sales account in a contact center setting.
  • Experience and knowledge in sales with sales as the main KPI (Revenue per Call).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read Mandarin and Cantonese fluently; can speak English on an intermediate level.
