Job Scope
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural/project documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Resolving network issues.
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge in Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS.
- Basic knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Basic attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen from recognizes university.
- Minimum 2.5 CGPA or above.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology/ system management or related field is an added advantage.
- Age not more than 27 years old.
- Unemployed for more than 6 months since final exam or less than 1 year working experience.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
