Job Description
- Befriend with customers in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as products.
- Maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
- Communicating with customers through various support.
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
Requirements
- An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
- Can read and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- With a "getting things done" attitude.
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure.
- Attentiveness.
- Able to work in 7 days shift (9am-5pm) with granted of 2 off days per week.
- Malaysian only.
