Section Head, Supply Chain Management

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Manage all suppliers in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral and legal standard.
• Organize and coordinate in a variety of purchasing activities such as contract agreement and negotiation for the best price, services, quality and delivery from all suppliers.
• Managing and establish a good vendor selection program and qualification, vendor audit and maintain approve vendor list (AVL).
• Manage and coordinate quarterly rating performance.
• Manage the controls parts / shortage among the project to ensure smooth supply chain.
• Coordinate weekly material constraint, weekly reporting and vendor reject delivery (MDR ).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, focusing on supply chain management and operations
• At least three years of experience as a supervisor or managing team
• Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing system and practices
• Strong negotiation skills, good communication skills and organization skills
• High levels of integrity, responsible, independent, fast learner and adapt to priorities with minimum supervision
