This position is responsible for directing the work of assigned personnel in the care and maintenance of grounds, including landscape improvements of landscaped areas, projects and facilities and participating in maintenance duties as required.

Leadership

Assign and schedule landscape teams to deliver on projects in an efficient and effective manner according to project time frame.

Directs the work of assigned personnel to assure care and safe condition of site and landscaped areas.

Plans and prioritizes workloads and schedules work

Organizes, directs and coordinates landscape maintenance and services according to given specification and method.

Landscape Project

Basic understanding & handling on proper irrigation system e.g. pressure levels. Operation of equipment. Repair malfunctions in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance of the safe and proper operation of equipment, materials, tools and chemicals used in site.

Ensure attendance on safety meeting and follow safety guideline on site.

Arrange for rental of machinery and equipment that are required to be used for delivery of projects or operational needs.

Perform site inspection to cross check on actual plan as per drawing request. To handle compliant and feedback and necessary action taken to rectify.

Keep track of and order materials and equipment or tools in advance to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure all equipment and machinery in good conditions and arranges for services as necessary. Ensure equipment are kept in safe place to avoid stolen.

Ensure receiving and verify of stocks, materials and plants from supplier are in good conditions.

Ensure receiving, handling and planting process are on the right time based on the tree condition. Monitor the planting process and able to survive ideally 100% with +/- 2% acceptable defect.

Ensure all trees in good condition till handover.

Ensure to arrange responsible person on tasks to maintain the plant condition during long holiday or breaks.

Carried out communication and meeting with all project coordinator, client, authorities, consultants and contractor.

Monitor forecast and budget forecast calculation against actual and plan. Project completion according to budget plan.

Submission of daily report to Reporting Head.

Support in handling employee disciplinary and performance management processes, including dealing with cases reported on employees, conducting investigations and closure with actions as per set processes.

Project Tender

Prepare of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork including tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaire and per-qualifications.

Oversee the compilation and, when necessary, the drafting of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers to ensure that tenders and bids are handled professionally, quickly, compliantly and monitor deadlines.

Checking on evaluation and contract negotiation

Maintains tender files and arranges for archiving following the completion of the tender.

Create a BQ in the estimating package by following through on successful acquisitions.

To assist the commercial department in cultivating good relationships with existing and potential associates/customers by coordinating customer bid requirements across various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production and etc.

To collect and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers during the tender process, such as non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest and etc.

Examine incoming tenders and make a list of the tender deadline, project start and end dates, tender submission instructions/requirements, and manner of submission.

To gather tender information and references from a variety of sources, including online search engines, industry and market intelligence data to submit the tender.
