RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Responsible for all inquiries from clients and potential clients.
- Answer incoming inquiries and forwards appropriate information to Immediate Superior.
- Receive ROT from clients.
- Key in required information into the HMS System to generate CN (Consignment Note).
- Ensure proper Invoices are recorded.
- Provide necessary data to the operational personnel for preparation of various reports.
- Prepare complete set documents to Billing division.
- Any duties assign by Superior.
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM with 1-2 years working experience.
- Well versed in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Must be able to work as a team player and meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
