Location: Taman Midah, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 12 months (with PERSOLKELLY) – potential for permanent placement or renewal
Salary Range: RM10,000 – RM15,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Position Overview

As an Operations General Manager, you will:

• Strategic Execution: Partner with the Executive Directors to implement strategies and oversee daily counter and boutique operations.
• Operational Leadership: Lead multi-unit teams and Area Managers to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue growth to achieve profitability targets.
• Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards and promptly resolving escalated issues.
• Compliance: Ensure all outlets meet safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
• Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for operational improvements and business growth.
• Talent Development: Mentor and train managerial staff to foster a high-performing, accountable team culture.

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 8–10 years of senior operational leadership experience, preferably in retail, managing multi-unit operations.
• Strong financial acumen in P&L analysis, cost control, and budget management.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, inspire excellence, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
