Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Achievement:

  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Proposing and lead the organizing of webinars on related topics.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partnerships.
  • Responsible for selling training services (in-house training, public training and e-learning) to new and existing clients.
  • Attend to existing and potential clients’ enquiries and requests from incoming calls, emails and identify new prospects through targeted calls to generate sales revenue.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the sales target set by Training Manager, N+1.
  • Accurately summarize customer needs, prepare training proposal, and get client agreement to price and training delivery.
  • Maintain and update information in Salesforce including client details, client information, sale pipeline update and sale activity.
  • Remain up to date of various ISO standards and be able to provide brief insights to clients.

Client & Stakeholders Relationship Management:

  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate and present training services to clients.
  • Identify and working with industry partners to promote BV’s public training services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and trainers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful training delivery.
  • Ad-hoc operational tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Provide regular updates to Training Manager, N+1 on progress and challenges
  • Plans ahead with minimal disruption.


Job Requirements:


  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in Sales & Marketing field, Training & Competency Building sales.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in sales or business development especially related to ISO standards, or training services would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.
  • Resourceful, independent and a team player who works well with all levels.
