  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

· Good understanding of M&E infrastructure

· Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ad-hoc work orders for mechanical, electrical, and other installed M&E systems, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

· Supervise onsite vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work

· Able to carry out impact assessment during system fault and technically sound to contain fault to ensure M&E system service continuity.

· 24x7 Responsive during shift work, standby and off days

· Ensure proper escalation in accordance with incident escalation process.

· Carry out work in accordance with site processes and requirements

· Ensure that service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are consistently met

· Proactively look out for site abnormalities and possible areas of improvement, recommend solutions and put-up proposal to Supervisor.

· Capable of reviewing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs

· General facilities duties, including monitoring of equipment and report on daily condition.

· Occasionally carry out minor repair work such as replacing lamps, repairing doors or SSO replacement

· Any other duties assigned by Engineer Lead

Requirements

· SPM / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Service / Building Management or Equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in Data Center or Critical Infrastructure / Critical Facilities like refinery, oil and gas, electrical power plant

· Experience in working with critical M&E facilities or expertise in ACMV, electrical, or fire systems is advantageous

· Willing to work in a shift environment

· Have knowledge on how to operate BMS / DCIM system

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word

· Certified Work at Height / First Aid i/ Hazmat s a plus

· Need to be on Standby duty during non-working days.

· Able to work as a team and opened to learning new skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Facilities maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
