Technical Executive (Engineering)
- Works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards. Following the 5S, Housekeeping and HACCP related to the workplace.
- Spots and rectifies performance issues immediately during escalation.
- Review and evaluate corrective and preventive measures to avoid frequent breakdown.
- Perform inspection, lubrication, schedule works, troubleshooting and carry out repairs & maintenance to improve line performance, machine reliability & reduce unplanned breakdown.
- Leads or participates in all TPM activities.
- Lead and participate in RCFA (5 why analysis)
- Execute the de-tagging process on daily basis
- Lead in immediate breakdown repair and major breakdown in Brewing area.
- Perform breakdown analysis and identify the root cause
- Work closely with brewing technicians to provide possible cause and estimated downtime elimination.
- Lead improvement initiatives through Kaizen to upkeep process performance.
- Attending key shift handover meetings and understand the losses involved and contribute to improvement strategies.
- Monitoring work orders from SAP system & ensure work orders are executed within time frame and in good order.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder of Electrical or Mechatronic engineering with minimum 5 years working experience preferably with 3 years working in FMCG environment.
- Possess Competent Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia with min of AO level.
- Vast knowledge & experience in electrical control system, process automation, instrumentation, power distribution and interlocking system.
- Familiar with PLC (S5 & S7), brewing processes, automated packaging machinery and utilities plants is an advantage.
- ISO quality management procedures & requirement.
- Capable of performing mechanical and electrical repairs, schedule and overhaul jobs are necessary, preferably having understanding on mix proof valve maintenance.
- Must be able to work independently in changing shift patterns according to demand (24/7, over weekend).
- Proficient in spoken and written English and adequate presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
