Warehouse Manager

Order Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order entry, validation, and fulfillment.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within specified timelines.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations, and returns.

  Fulfillment Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched within the specified timelines.
  • Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and audits.
    • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items.
    • Develop and enforce procedures for efficient inventory flow.

      Team Leadership:

      • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
      • Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of operations.

        Warehouse Operations:

        • Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
        • Implement best practices to optimize warehouse layout and organization.
        • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

          Collaboration:

          • Coordinate with the procurement and retail teams to align inventory with store demand.
          • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

            Process OptimizationAnalyze fulfillment operations and identify areas for improvement.

            • Implement automation or technology solutions to streamline operations.
            • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all fulfillment activities.

              Reporting:

              • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
