Payroll Consultant - Native Vietnamese (Spouse Visa Only)

• Overseeing and managing the organization’s payroll function and system
• Ensuring all payroll processes are executed accurately and on time
• Processing payroll for employees, which includes salary calculation, deductions, overtime, and benefits
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
• Collaborating with Human Resources and Accounting teams for payroll processing
• Implementing and maintaining payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with employers on any proposed changes
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
• Conducting audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Preparing tax reports and assisting with tax filings
• Training and supporting the payroll team in their day to day operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM144,000.00 per year
