We are seeking an experienced Head of Property to join our team and lead property management operations in a dynamic and professional environment.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or similar).
  • Professional Experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development and urban planning.
  • Proven track record of leading development or redevelopment initiatives and projects successfully.
  • Key Skills
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to engage community members, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, statutory requirements, and technical aspects of land and property development.

Leave entitlement

  • Annual leave - 24 days per annum
