Job Responsibilities:
Application Support:
- Monitor the performance and availability of applications to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex application issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring quick resolution of reported issues.
- Document application-related incidents, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Deployment Tasks:
- Plan, execute, and oversee application deployments, updates, and patches.
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts, automation tools, and configurations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, QA, Development) to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
- Conduct pre- and post-deployment testing to validate system functionality and stability.
- Rollback deployments when necessary and troubleshoot failed deployment scenarios.
Operations Support:
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
- Implement and maintain system monitoring tools to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide support for disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
- Maintain documentation for operational procedures, deployment workflows, and incident responses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Java, Linux CentOS, MS SQL, Nginx / TomCat / Apache will be added advantages.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in IT Operation & Support OR stock broking industry.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
