Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
  • Handle incoming staff queries or requests via call, email, or internal chat space and manage outgoing calls as required.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
