Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
- Handle incoming staff queries or requests via call, email, or internal chat space and manage outgoing calls as required.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
