A DAY IN A LIFE OF
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing and Communications to drive our group marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including branding, social media, performance marketing campaigns, public relations and creative projects. If you are a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record in enhancing brand and business performance, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will oversee our marketing strategy across eight countries, leading a talented team dedicated to innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong and proven experience in spearheading marketing initiatives within an entrepreneurial setting, driving brand recognition, managing substantial performance marketing budgets, and delivering impactful results.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Take full ownership of performance marketing budgets, ensuring that all advertisements are optimised for maximum impact and consistent lead generation results across all markets.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager and Country Managers to strategise and execute campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Ensure that all markets have active campaigns tailored to specific needs, continuously analysing Google Analytics, sales pipelines, and lead generation metrics to adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Oversee all SEO and SEM initiatives across the group to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Develop creative marketing strategies, plans, and promotions that deliver measurable performance with a strong focus on the marketing sales funnel.
COMMUNICATIONS AND BRANDING
- Lead branding and communications initiatives across multiple brands, both internally and externally.
- Continue to cultivate and expand the strong brand voices within our portfolio, consistently seeking innovative approaches to enhance brand perception.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities to expand market share, leveraging insights to drive strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external PR agencies to maximise brand exposure in key markets while ensuring alignment with company objectives and managing expectations. Maintain direct communication with the CEO to discuss strategic priorities and ensure that marketing initiatives support the broader vision of the organisation.
- Oversee the Social Media team to ensure engaging, regular and on-brand content across all channels.
- Ensure the Design team meets deadlines and maintains high standards for all creative outputs.
- Develop and lead high-impact campaigns to enhance brand awareness, promote business initiatives, and drive sales growth.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that align with company objectives to boost brand visibility and member engagement.
- Collaborate with the events team to strategize and execute high-profile events that support community building, wellness, business, and entertainment, maximizing attendance and brand exposure.
- Collaborate with external web developers and designers to implement optimal user experience and SEO best practices.
- Analyze website performance and analytics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies that enhance brand identity and meet user needs.
BUSINESS GROWTH AND EXPANSION
- Act as an ambassador for the company and industry across multiple platforms.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brands remain at the forefront of the market, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with Operations and Real Estate leaders to develop marketing strategies for new openings and landlord partnerships.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance brand visibility and drive business expansion in new markets, fostering relationships that align with our long-term objectives.
- Promote a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation with new tactics and channels to stay ahead of market demands and consumer preferences.
PEOPLE
- Inspire, coach, and develop Marketing team members, fostering a high-performing, integrated team across Performance Management, Digital Marketing, Design, and Content.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team, offering your expertise to support Regional Country Managers, Country Managers and all Heads of Departments
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning sessions to set company objectives.
- Establish, monitor, and report on both short-term and long-term departmental and team goals.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly marketing reports, continuously analyzing areas for improvement and growth within the business.
Requirements
- Proven track record in marketing leadership, ideally with experience managing a team of 10 members.
- International experience across a range of markets in Asia and Australia a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork and exceptional organizational abilities. Willing to engage in hands-on tasks while ensuring the marketing function operates seamlessly.
- Extensive experience managing substantial marketing budgets, particularly in AdSpend, across multiple regions to drive effective campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google and web analytics, coupled with hands-on experience in executing and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Possess a natural flair for brand positioning including tone, voice and aesthetics.
- Be an ambassador for the brand - cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by delivering our brand message through a personable, targeted approach.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, demonstrating accountability in all actions and decisions.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring excellence in numbers, data, and language throughout all marketing efforts.
- High level of self-awareness and empathy, capable of building genuine relationships within the team.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, effectively managing expectations and communications with C-suite executives.
