Overview of the Position :

This role supports and manages all matters related to Independent Business Owners (IBOs), including backend operations, event coordination, and assistance to local and international operations. As the main point of contact for the Business Centre & Key In Point (BCKP), responsibilities include overseeing daily operations such as sales submissions, order processing, inventory management, and staff training and updates at the Business Centre.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

1. Daily BCKP Operations Management

Sales & Finance: Ensure accurate and complete daily sales reports, money submissions, and deposit confirmations with the Finance Department.

Deliveries & Documentation: Verify signed Delivery Orders (DOs) returned to the Operations Department.

Consignment Stock: Oversee processing, returns, and top-ups of consignment stock, ensuring documentation and process compliance.

Outlet Management & Support: Manage all company outlets (Business Centre & Key In Point) for all operations-related matters (administration, deliveries, etc.) and conduct visitations as required.

2. Backend & Oversea Operations supports

International Operational Coordination: Supporting and coordinating the company's operational activities in other countries.

Inventory Management: Conducting regular stock checks.

IBO Support: Providing correct product information, promotion updates, and related operational support to IBOs.

Event Support: Supporting company events when needed.

Other Tasks: Performing other related tasks delegated by the Operations Manager from time to time.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Minimum 2-3 year working experience.
  • Experience in business Operations or customer service experience, preferably in the MLM/Direct Selling industry
  • Proficient in speaking English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other local languages would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and well organized
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willing to work under pressure especially handling multiple projects and manage dateline on timely manner
  • Able to work long hour when required
  • Computer competency
  • Ability to travel internationally as and when required
