SAP EWM Senior Consultant

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM & EWM systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. - Conduct business process analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for MM & EWM processes, ensuring alignment with client business goals. - Provide expert guidance on integration points between SAP MM, EWM, and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, QM). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM & EWM, providing timely and effective support to clients. - Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing SAP MM & EWM processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Lead workshops and training sessions for client teams to enhance their understanding and proficiency in SAP MM & EWM. - Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP MM and EWM modules. - Proven experience in leading multiple full-cycle SAP MM & EWM implementations, as well as providing post-implementation support. - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with hands-on experience in EWM decentralized and embedded scenarios. - In-depth understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. - Proficiency in SAP integration with other modules (e.g., SD, PP, QM). - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels. - SAP certification in MM and/or EWM is highly desirable.
