QUALIFICATION
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree, in /Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity (Diploma/Degree).
- Experience in SQL Accounting system is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep document filling and tracking all the supporting documents.
- Keep accurate manner for daily transaction.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting transaction in compliance with statutory and requirements
- Prepare Purchase order, track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure proper and accurate month-end closing within the deadline
- Highlight the pricing exceptions between the customer purchase orders and preset system pricing and resolve the pricing before issuance of invoices.
- Checking & key in trade returns and ensure pricing and quantity are accurate as per the established procedures.
- Follow up with supplier, as needed to confirm or change orders
- Responsible for general accounting which include processing invoices, receivables, payable and etc.
- Assist day to day operations and duties of the account department
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Resolve billing customer credit issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
