Performance Marketing Specialist (Freelance)
OATSIDE is a full-stack plant milk startup based in Singapore. Our mission is to provide a healthy and sustainable oat milk that is incredibly delicious. We are committed to delivering high-quality oat milk from our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring a sustainably sourced and unadulterated process from oat to milk.
We are currently looking for Performance Marketing Specialist in Freelance basis, responsible for driving campaign growth and optimizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies within SEA. This role involves benchmarking competitor activity, analyzing audience trends, and identifying opportunities for campaign expansion.
This position is offered on a contract basis for an initial duration of three (3) months. The contract may be extended beyond this period at the sole discretion of the company, based on business needs, performance, and other relevant considerations.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly scan the industry to benchmark competitor activity, track trends, analyse audience, and identify opportunities to grow campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing leadership team and country managers to design and execute paid media campaigns to ensure OATSIDE hits performance targets, encompassing search, social (including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), display and video.
- Utilise a test-and-learn approach to new campaign propositions and channel tactics to improve ROI.
- Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for real-time tactical changes to optimise results.
- Track the revenue and expenditure budget to reach and exceed target ROAS.
- Undertake regular channel and campaign reporting to achieve in-campaign and post-campaign analysis for continuous improvements.
- Working with the internal design team to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related major
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital channels.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to analyse audience data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong skills in campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Experience in industries such as FMCG or e-commerce will be advantageous.
